Hope Foundations 103 will go over communication tools for healthy relationships. 

*This course is a pre-requisite for pre-marital counseling through Hope Church. 

The tools we will learn include:
Emptying the Emotional Jug: Processing Emotions Well
Daily Temperature Reading (An everyday communication tool)
Clarifying Expectations

The cost of the seminar is $15, and it includes snacks and a light lunch. Pre-registration is required (the last day to pre-register is Thursday, March 30th).
