On Saturday, September 17th at 10 am, come adventure with other Hope families (including from Hope West Side) at Harvest Moon Farm! Harvest Moon Farm is 60 minutes away by car and is fully accessible via Metro North Harlem Line to Croton Falls, where you can take a short taxi ride from AJs Taxi (914-277-4499) or Uber that will take you to the farm.
