Habitat for Humanity New York City and Westchester County (Habitat NYC and Westchester) transforms lives and communities by building and preserving affordable homes with families in need, and by uniting all New Yorkers around the cause of affordable housing.
The Community Participation Preservation (CPP) program provides construction rehabilitation services to existing low income homeowners. The CPP program consists of multi-day projects of painting, planting, or doing light “fix-up” work in all five boroughs at community centers and low-income, affordable cooperatives.
