Habitat NYC's A Brush with Kindness program revitalizes and rehabilitates community spaces that serve low-income New Yorkers.

Volunteers serve by painting interiors and murals, landscaping, gardening, and helping with minor construction tasks. No experience is necessary as the Habitat staff will train all volunteers to get the work done properly. Cathy Moore will be leading the group and will coordinate lunch plans, which are paid for by Hope for New York.

This event will take place in Harlem. An exact location will be sent to volunteers closer to the date, as well as more details regarding clothing, COVID, parking, etc.

Volunteers must be 14 or older to participate in the Brush with Kindness program. All volunteers under 18 must submit a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
