Thursday Taco night is back. Cinco de mayo is upon us and, although more popular in the US than Mexico, it's still a fun way to celebrate together. 

Feel free to bring beer or wine but everything else will be provided for you and your friends (including fresh-made guacamole).

Fun fact: Cinco De Mayo is not actually Mexico's independence day but rather commemorative of a single battle where and ill equipped Mexico defeated a much stronger French army. 

Fun fact #2: I have no idea if that's all true because I got it off wikipedia.
